You may request a itemized copy of your account at any of our facilities.

We believe every person has a right to medical care without regard to ability to pay.  You may be able to receive service for as low as a several dollars. (If you are eligible for our sliding fee program, eligibility is based on income. We welcome your application for this program.)

    We never turn anyone away no matter your financial situation. We will help you get the medical care you need and require. Take time familiarizing yourself with our forms prior to bringing them with you to your appointment signed and dated.
