Are you an established CHESI patient? Do you have a smartphone, tablet with a camera or computer with a camera and are able to make and receive video calls? If so, we can serve you through Telemedicine right on your device. Contact the CHESI clinic where you see your CHESI provider and we can arrange for a provider callback for your Face-to-Face video visit.

This won’t take care of physical exams, lab tests, or x-rays, but many services can be provided through a telemedicine visit. Call us today to get started!
